Through a solemn call for the free movement of Africans, entitled “Royal Declaration for a Borderless Africa,” His Majesty King Guide Bamba El Hadj Mahamed Npahi Sâanwi, founder of the Bamba Empire (Wonotini-Latan), Kénédougou (Mali) and Supreme Leader of the United Kingdoms of Africa (UKAF), delivers a message of great importance for posterity. Based on undeniable observations concerning:

the prohibitive cost of visas between African countries,

the systematic requirement of visas even between neighboring states,

the exorbitant prices of intra-African flights,

the high fees and cumbersome procedures at land borders across the continent. His Majesty King Guide Bamba El Hadj Mahamed Npahi Sâanwi issues a powerful appeal to African presidents, traditional authorities, and pan-African as well as sub-regional institutions to completely reverse this trend. Read below the full content of his message.

ROYAL DECLARATION FOR A BORDERLESS AFRICA

A Solemn Call for the Free Movement of Africans Across Africa

May the peace of God be upon us, upon the great people of Mali, and upon all the peoples of the world.

In the name of MASSAKUNDA,

In the name of the African Royalty united in service to the people,

I, as Moral Authority and Forerunner of the African Renaissance, issue this solemn call to African institutions, governments, and the African Union to work concretely toward the realization of a united, open, and fraternal Africa.

Before dreaming of the United States of Africa, it is essential to build the United Peoples of Africa.

I – CURRENT OBSTACLES TO AFRICAN UNITY...

1. The prohibitive cost of visas between African countries

Excessive visa fees severely restrict mobility, trade, cultural exchange, and the true integration of African peoples.

2. Administrative and diplomatic obstacles

The systematic requirement of visas between neighboring African countries contradicts the ambition of a sovereign and integrated Africa.

3. Exorbitant prices of intra-African flights

It is paradoxical that an African can travel more cheaply to Europe or the Middle East than to a neighboring African country.

4. High fees and heavy procedures at land borders

These burdens fall most heavily on border communities whose social and economic lives depend on cross-border mobility.

II – CALL TO KEY ACTORS...

To the Heads of State of Africa

You are the guardians of our nations and of our collective sovereignty. We call for strong, coordinated, and immediate measures to facilitate the movement of Africans across their own continent.

To the Royal Families, Traditional Leaders, and Heirs of the Fathers of Independence

You are the custodians of our heritage and of our spirit of unity. Let your voices rise to support and inspire the integration of African peoples.

To National, Regional, and Sub-Regional Institutions (ECOWAS, UEMOA, CEMAC, SADC, UMA, EAC, IGAD…)

You bear the sacred responsibility of turning African integration into tangible reality.

We call upon you to harmonize visa policies, transportation regulations, and the movement of goods and people.

III – OUR VISION FOR A NEW AFRICA...

• An Africa without visas for Africans, where borders become bridges of unity.

• A significant reduction in the cost of intra-African flights, making travel accessible to all.

• Lowered cross-border fees to encourage economic, cultural, and social exchange.

• An Africa where people move freely, trade freely, meet freely, and build their future together.

African unity will not be achieved through speeches alone, but through concrete actions that bring peoples together and strengthen their fraternity.

WHAT ARE WE WAITING FOR TO BUILD THE AFRICA WE WANT?

MASSAKUNDA

One People – One Goal – One Faith

TIME FOR ACTION – WAATI SERA – THE TIME FOR ACTION IS NOW
