May the Peace of God be upon us and upon the great people of the world.
On this March 8th, dedicated to the celebration of women and the recognition of their rights, I extend, in the name of the United Kingdoms of Africa and in my own name, my most respectful greetings to all women of the world, and particularly to the women of Africa, guardians of life, culture, and the hope of our peoples.
Women are the first educators of humanity. They are the matrix of society, the source of family balance, and the silent strength that sustains nations in their most difficult moments.
On this memorable day, I pay a heartfelt tribute to African women who, through their courage, resilience, and spirit of sacrifice, contribute every day to the building of our communities, the progress of our societies, and the transmission of our values.

I solemnly call upon leaders, institutions, and peoples to ensure that the rights, dignity, and full participation of women are respected and promoted in all spheres of social, political, economic, and cultural life.
In the spirit of Massakunda and in the vision of the African Renaissance, we must build an Africa where women are not only celebrated for a single day, but honored, protected, and fully associated every day in the construction of our common destiny.
May this day be a moment of reflection, commitment, and action for a more just, balanced, and humane world.
May Almighty God bless the women of the world and grant Africa the wisdom to honor her daughters.
